It did not take long for the Raiders to ride the momentum of obtaining Marshawn Lynch into advertising territory (just like columnist Mark Purdy predicted).
Billboards popped up around the Bay Area welcoming Beast Mode back Wednesday.
“Welcome Home Marshawn,” one billboard read, with an outline of the Oakland city skyline displayed in his name. A reference to Lynch’s famous “bout dat action” line is underneath, with Skittles spilled nearby.

Such signs were allegedly up along I-880 and near Palo Alto.
